TASTING NOTES
Complex, racy aromatics are formed by the multi-varietal blending. Hints of boysenberry, sage and bing cherry are elevated by addition of Viognier. Flavors are enhanced by addition aging for 3 months in Green River Bourbon Barrels.
CELLARING
While enjoyable currently, this intense red wine will continue to improve with proper cellaring for another 3-5 years in the bottle

This rich, layered wine will enhance lamb loin or rosemary-infused rack of lamb plus hard cheeses as well as many Italian dishes
