TASTING NOTES

Rich Aromas of Blackberry layered with hints of red Raspberry and semisweet chocolate. Smooth, refined tannins support lovely berry flavors, accented by subtle oak and clean, refreshing finish.

CELLARING

While delightful now, this concentrated zinfandel will continue to develop in the bottle with proper cellaring for another 3-5 years with a plateau of best drinkability from 2028-2030.

FOOD SELECTION

We believe this zinfandel enhances any number of meals with rich sauces (especially red). It continues to be our favorite red wine with seafood and pastas
